Refund policy

- ALL SALES ARE FINAL, No cancellations (we do not offer returns for shipping delays or "change of mind" reasons). PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION AND CHECK ALL PICTURES BEFORE PURCHASING ITEM. In General, damage caused during shipping outside of the committed condition range is the only situation in which we approve returns. Items containing pictures of all sides of the item are not eligible for return UNLESS condition is different than in pictures shown. We do not refund or exchange if box condition, paint job, sticker placement, or position of product are not 100% perfect. Please rest assured our shipping team does double inspect items. Thank you for your understanding.

- If we made a mistake, such as sending the wrong item, please contact us at Slapshotpops@gmail.com and we will begin processing your return and replacement at no additional cost to you. If your shipment is returned to us (incorrect address, undeliverable or etc, you will be responsible for re-shipping cost. 

- Photos of the incorrect item(s) may be required. In order to be eligible for a return, you must email slapshotpops@gmail.com

- If your shipment qualifies for a return, instructions will be provided. Any/all returns sent back without return authorization will be refused.
